Through a re-imagining of traditional recipes Cupcake Carnage adds unanticipated twists, using simple and clean ingredients to elevate the ordinary to the extraordinary. Ours is a scratch kitchen; with few exceptions, nothing comes from a box. We shop locally from other Dallas-area crafters when possible and choose organic when available. Our offerings change weekly. THAI CHILI-LIME
A savory Thai-inspired chili-lime sponge topped with a light and sweet toasted coconut-ginger-lime buttercream.

5-LAYER CHOCOLATE DEATH MATCH
A moist chocolate sponge with a bittersweet fudge center, topped with a chocolate cream cheese buttercream, and finished with a salted chocolate truffle and dark chocolate shards.

CARAMEL LATTÉ
An espresso-infused sponge with a chewy salted caramel center, topped with espresso buttercream and finished with salted caramel drizzle and a caramel Stroopwafel.

HONEYBEE
A lavender-infused honey-vanilla sponge topped with honey buttercream and finished with a piece of gooey raw honeycomb.

LEMON HERB
A parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme-infused lemon sponge with a tart lemon curd center, topped with lemon buttercream and finished with a candied lemon slice and a fresh rosemary sprig.

ORANGE SICKLE
A vanilla sponge with an orange curd center, topped with a vanilla-orange buttercream and finished with a candied orange slice. Reminiscent of a childhood ice cream favorite.

PECAN PIE
We start with a brown butter sponge, add a gooey pecan pie filling, top it with a brown butter buttercream, and finish it with candied pecans. A Cupcake Carnage twist on a Southern classic

SALTED ALMOND TOFFEE
A brown butter and almond sponge topped with a brown butter buttercream, finished with a buttery home-made salted almond toffee candy square and drizzled with salted caramel sauce

S'MORES
Our most popular offering, this moist chocolate sponge is filled with a smoked marshmallow fluff center, finished with smoked marshmallow buttercream, and topped with double chocolate sauce and graham crackers. A Cupcake Carnage twist on a campfire classic.

PB&J
Peanut butter sponge with a homemade berry jam center, topped with rich peanut butter buttercream and finished with more sweet berry jam. Serve with a glass of milk for an American classic.

Vanilla sponge with a vanilla bean buttercream. Simple. Clean. Classic.

Fall Old Fashioned
A Classic cocktail in a cupcake! We start with a walnut-infused brown butter bourbon sponge, top it with with an orange zest buttercream, and finish it with a splash of pomegranate molasses and toasted walnut.

A rich chocolate sponge with a cherry & Kirsch jam center, topped with a Kirsch buttercream and finished with bittersweet chocolate shards and an Amarena cherry.

IRISH SLAMMER
We infuse our signature chocolate sponge with a Guinness stout reduction, add a creamy Irish whiskey ganache center, top with an Irish cream buttercream, and finish with bittersweet chocolate shards.
